Training

Based at our Sheffield headquarters Spectrum Training Services is the specialised training division of Spectrum Social Care Limited. We provide quality training for all client groups and endeavour to respond to the specific training needs of both individuals and organisations.

All our training staff (trainers, assessors and verifiers) are experienced social and health care professionals with a variety of qualifications and have practical experience in the different social and health care disciplines. Our entire training team is committed to working flexibly and effectively with companies and individuals to facilitate learning, development and change.

In response to the National Care Standards Act 2000 Spectrum Training Services have developed a range of courses which accord with Skills for Care requirements. We are also able to facilitate Post Qualification training for Dip.SW qualified social workers.

NVQ Assessment Centre

Spectrum Training NVQ Assessment Centre was established to address the needs of staff wishing to achieve a recognised vocational qualification in accordance with the requirement of the Care Standards Act 2000.
